Looking for a way to meet your national curriculum requirements as well as recognition from OFSTED and other educational inspection agencies?
We welcomed the opportunity for continued improvement that the new English National Curriculum presented last year. We updated over 50 existing units and creating 10 brand new units to address the new requirements. Our international schools also continue to enjoy our flexible teaching framework, which allows them to cover their local curriculum requirements.
“Using the IPC, we exceed the statutory requirements of the National Curriculum with the inclusion of the personal goals and international learning. Surprisingly, the new route of units that we have chosen has actually freed up time allowing for increased flexibility in the classroom and more purposeful and deeper learning experiences for our children.”
Jane Stalham, Deputy Headteacher, Langenhoe Community Primary School
IPC schools are also receiving positive feedback from their local inspection agencies.
“The curriculum is a real strength of the academy and is enriched by an extensive programme of art and sporting activities. The curriculum places a strong emphasis on values and this is the reason for pupils’ outstanding spiritual, moral, social and cultural development. Consequently pupils are very well prepared for the next stage in their education and for life in modern Britain.”
Ofsted Report - Tiverton Academy, Birmingham (rated Outstanding), April 2015
“The broad and balanced curriculum gives pupils experience in a wide range of areas of learning…They are acquiring the personal and social skills needed to move successfully to the next stage of their lives. As pupils progress, planned curriculum experiences ensure they broaden and deepen their understanding of the responsibilities of citizenship not only in Bulgaria, but the UK and internationally.”
PENTA Report, British School of Sofia Bulgaria, June 2015
